emocha to Present at Digital Medicine & Medtech Showcase™ and RESI Innovation Challenge

BALTIMORE, MD. (Jan. 10, 2019)

emocha, a patient-centered service that improves medication adherence by leveraging video technology and human engagement, has announced that CEO and co-founder Sebastian Seiguer will present at the Digital Medicine & Medtech Showcase™ in San Francisco on Wednesday, January 15th at 2:00 pm PST. The Digital Medicine & MedTech Showcase, focused on the intersection of technology and medicine, is part of the Biotech Showcase™: an international event that represents 2,200+ companies and over 1,000 investors.

Mr. Seiguer will attend the 38th Annual J.P. Morgan Healthcare Conference — considered the largest and most informative healthcare investment symposium in the industry — to meet members of the investment community, and network with other emerging and fast-growing companies.

emocha has additionally been selected to participate in the Redefining Early Stage Investment (RESI) conference series Innovation Challenge. During this event, 30 of the most innovative applicants hand-selected by Life Science Nation’s internal scientific review board will present their technologies in an exhibition-style format. Presenters will showcase their companies in a poster format, and pitch directly to attendees: generating more interaction and actionable feedback from investors.

Mr. Seiguer will focus on the company’s recent developments in building out a clinical adherence service. This solution is designed to layer in technology, and amplify human engagement, escalation to clinicians, and information sharing. He will also discuss future efforts focused on enhancing product scalability, patient adoption, and provider engagement.
