The Guam Department of Public Health and Social Services will use emocha’s mobile application to communicate and follow up with  COVID-19 patients. Public Health Director Linda Unpingco DeNorcey announced that emocha’s app, which was already used to monitor medication adherence in tuberculosis patients, will now be used for Guam’s COVID-19 response. emocha is one of several apps being deployed by DPHSS and other public health departments to contact trace and monitor symptoms during the COVID-19 pandemic
